The Row offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items remain in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that final sale items and personalized products are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all security tags are attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
